Lantau Island Bus Tour
Having arrived in Ngong Ping village, you'll then have unlimited access to the New Lantao Bus service. Explore the hilltop town comfortably, visiting the different shops and restaurants and watching Kung Fu demonstrations in the streets. You'll also have the opportunity to visit the Tian Tan Buddha for spectacular views over the island.
Tai O Boat Cruise
For the finishing touch on your visit to Lantau Island, enjoy a boat trip around the historic Tai O fishing village. Discover what daily life is like here as you sail through the canals and admire the traditional stilt houses, typical wooden houses built just above the water level. If you're lucky, you might even be able to see dolphins swimming in the waters!
Your boat cruise will take you to some of the most peaceful spots in the area, like Pui O and Cheung Sha beaches, where you'll feel a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong.
Ngong Ping Cable Car Options
When making your reservation, you'll have the choice between two options for your trip on the Ngong Ping 360 cable car: the standard cabin and the crystal cabin. The latter have glass bottoms, giving you fully panoramic views over the scenery so you feel you're flying over Hong Kong's Lantau Island.
